I love to see the temple!

Today I have been thinking a lot about the temple. I am so grateful that Steven and I were sealed together for eternity. I remember when we were engaged and Satan was trying to keep us from the temple. I asked Steve's Dad to give us both a blessing. I remember sitting on the piano bench while he and Steven placed their hands upon my head. This blessing was really good! I'm sure it was full of love and understanding from my Father in Heaven. I remember that the blessing told me that the angels that were going to come to our home deserved a Mom and Dad that had been sealed in the temple. I remember then that nothing else mattered but those angels that I had never met. I look at them today and am so glad that I was able to resist temptation and do it for them! They did and still do deserve an eternal family. I love my babies so much! I could not imagine life without them...I am glad that even through the tantrums and runny noses and homework that I am allowed to spend my Earthly life and eternal life with them.

Thank you, Steven for being worthy to take me to the temple, and for actually wanting to spend eternity with me. I sometimes feel like I am lower than scum, but you always make me feel like I am a queen. What a blessing you are to me and to our little angels because you hold the priesthood and honor it. I know that in the middle of the night, when one of the angels is running a fever, or just heartbroken that you can and will give them a father's blessing. I love you!

I love you, JL, JS, and JT! You are those angels that Grandpa was talking about...

I know i'm not perfect, not even close. I want you to know that I will do anything and everything to remain worthy of you sweet little ones.

Bummed...

I love counting my blessings. I have so many. Sometimes, tho...there's nothing you can do to keep yourself from being slightly bummed. Today is one of those days...and I had a couple of those days last week. I just feel overwhelmed, but it's ok. I am so busy all the time!
I am trying to keep up with the house, and work, and family. whew...it doesn't sound like a lot, but it is. Plus Janie is having surgery on Friday. She is having a 2nd set of tubes in her ears, some cartilage and tissue removed from her nose, and her tonsils removed. Yikes! Hopefully she isn't too grouchy! The doctors think that this will help her breathe better at night to help her focus more during the day. She's so cute, and such a good little girl!
I am mostly bummed today about Gracie. I so want her to be well. Hopefully she gets better soon. I love that little angel!
So while i'm counting my blessings, I do have a little raincloud over my head. Hopefully not too many people will notice it.

Miracles...

Little Gracie is getting A HEART! Either tonight or tomorrow morning! What a blessing it is! Thanks to everyone that has been praying with me! I love this little angel, and i've never met her! Thanks Kate for sharing this story with me! What a journey it has been. I cannot believe how different today is than last week. We saw a miracle last year during her first surgery and now this miracle.
How sad it is that a family has lost a child, but through death, Gracie is being given new life. What a blessing that family is to Gracie, and my prayers go out to that family that has lost their child.
We will continue to pray for this angel tonight and tomorrow for a complete recovery. We love you geeg!

PLEASE pray for GRACIE...

I know I have posted about this before...but we need more prayers for Gracie. Gracie was born 11 months ago, and has struggled with a condition called hypoplastic left heart syndrome. It is a heart condition that can be repaired with several surgeries. Gracie has been blessed to make it through the first surgery (because of many prayers) and is now in need of another surgery. Because she is so fragile, they don't think that they can do it, and are now thinking that they will just send her home and make her comfortable. I have just loved loved loved reading everyday about this little angel sent to earth. Please pray with me for another miracle!

GONNA BE AN AUNT...

...I know, I know...Steve's family has plenty of cousins for my kids to play with, and I am of course, their Aunt. I love all those little girls with all my heart! For some reason tho, it's different when your own siblings have babies. And guess what? None of my siblings have...until now! I have been praying for my brother and sis in law to have a baby for some time now. They have been trying for over 3 years. Yesteday they came to our house and sat down and started chatting with me and my sis Tiff. When Steven got home, Brandon called my kids into the living room, and asked them if they wanted a cousin. Janie rolled her eyes and walked away...(this isn't the first time Brandon has messed with us...) It took me a minute, but I finally understood what they were talking about..Tiffany and I jumped from our seats and according to Steven, I screamed pretty loud. I felt like crying, but I couldn't because I couldn't stop laughing! I am sooo happy for them!!! I know that they will be blessed because they are such strong and obedient children to their Father in Heaven. They have been blessed because of their efforts and will continue to do so. I love Brandon and KelliAnn so much...they do so much for me, and I will do anything for them! Congratulations to my favorite brother and my sweet sis in law KelliAnn!
I can't wait to hold that little Frybaby!!! YAY!

So grateful

Thismorning my heart couldn't be more full. I love my little family so much. After days of tears, my eyes are sore, and my headache is in the pounding stage...but I have had so many good friends and family that have shown support to me and my little family. I love you all and appreciate what you do for me....
